Dear Pete's Auction Service:
My husband and I just returned home from our first Pete's Auction Service auction and I wanted to email you because I think it's important to let people know that their efforts and their business is appreciated. I've been attending auctions since I was 10 years old (I blush to tell you that's over 50 years ago) and I've been in the antiques business through my parents and as an adult for about the same period of time. I only mention this because I've been to many, many auctions in my life. I just wanted to tell you that both my husband and I were impressed with our first sale at your auction house. The level of organization from the time we entered the parking lot with attendants pointing the way to our parking spot through the efficient and pleasant check-in staff, the auctioneer and his assistants, the pick-up personnel and the final pay and loading people was fantastic! In our humble opinion all too often people complain when something is wrong but seldom take the time to compliment a business which is run smoothly and by pleasant personnel. We purchased only two items today, but I can assure you that we'll return soon. I have already contacted two fellow dealers to tell them what a great experience we had with Pete's Auction Service today. Keep up the good work and thanks so much!

Today my husband and I went to your auction for the first time. I personally want to thank you for taking the time to show my husband and I how the French dining table worked. I am so excited that we had the winning bid for the table and six chairs. Of course, I also bought some other goodies.
I also would like to take the opportunity to thank you for promptly returning my phone call last week. We will most certainly return! Not only do you have beautiful items, but your friendly, helpful and professional attitude makes attending an auction a pleasure.
